Terms of service
1. Who we are
Chillaki is provided by TEXNI VELOCIDAI S.L., Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@chillaki.com. By installing Chillaki or creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. What Chillaki does
Chillaki checks messages you send to Claude Code, Codex and Cursor just before they are sent. When a message is strongly worded, it may pause it and suggest another version. You always decide what is sent: you can use the suggested version, edit it, or send your original. Suggested versions are generated automatically and can be wrong; you are responsible for what you send.
Chillaki is built to fail open: if our service is slow or unavailable, your messages go through unchecked. We don't promise the service will always be available or catch every message.
3. Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in secure and your email up to date. You can stop using Chillaki and delete your account at any time from your account page.
4. Free trial
Your free trial lasts 14 days from when you first sign in from your editor, includes everything, and needs no card. One trial per person and per email address, including after deleting an account. After the trial, Chillaki stops checking your messages until you subscribe.
5. Subscription and payment
- Chillaki Pro costs $4 a month or $40 a year, tax included, charged in advance. Subscriptions are sold through Link, Stripe's reseller service: Link is the seller of record for the payment, handles tax, and sends your receipts and invoices. Its own terms apply to the purchase. Your price may be shown in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- If you subscribe with more than two days of your trial left, your first charge is when the trial ends.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account page, the Chillaki panel, or your Link account (link.com). You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first payment. Use Link (link.com or the link in your receipt email) or tell us at hello@chillaki.com. You are refunded within 14 days. Because the service starts right away at your request, an amount proportionate to the time you used it before withdrawing may be deducted.
8. Fair use
Don't misuse Chillaki: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no sharing of accounts, and no use that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Your content
Your messages and suggested versions are yours. We only process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and we don't store them.
10. Liability
We provide Chillaki with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what you choose to send to other services. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there. Otherwise, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
